A painting done by US soldiers in Caledon Mill in 1942. This area of the mill was known as the dance hall and was used as a dance hall well after the war was over. There were other paintings done throughout the mill by the US soldiers but these were all lost whenever the mill was knocked down in the early 1980's.

This picture was taken when they were knocking the mill down in the early 1980's notice the blue writing on the wall which says " Signal Section " with the crossed flags just below the writing, this would have been done by the British Regts during WW2.
